Sustainability Specialist – Philadelphia, PA

The Sheward Partnership seeks Sustainability Specialist to develop sustainability frameworks and design strategies for projects. Position duties include preparing environmental and social impact assessments, advising clients on green building tech and rating systems, drafting and detailing building design and construction with BIM, researching materials, services, systems, green building and urban policies and presenting with 3D modeling.

Requires: M.S. in Architecture, Sustainable Design or similar plus 2 years’ experience in architectural design and drafting.  The position also requires experience working with clients to evaluate architectural elements and materials for commercial and institutional projects, estimating project and construction costs and timelines, using Revit 2D and AutoCAD to prepare drawings and specs., preparing construction documents and building 3D models. Requires knowledge of LEED standards, green building, sustainability and adaptive design through study, research, training or work. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania worksite.
