Qualifications & Experience

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited university is required.
• At least 24+ years progressive professional experience, including leading building projects from design through construction.
  • Experience in leading and coordination of architectural and project design teams.
  • Excellent technical skills, including detailing architectural elements and cross-discipline coordination, QA/QC, Specifications, and code analysis are required.
  • Experience in Aviation, Transportation, Education or other complex, large building types is desired, to suit our project workload.
  • Experience supervising and producing work on multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced situation will also be considered a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, and communication skills, with a positive outlook and flexible attitude are required.
  • Direct Client contact and presentations will be expected in this role.
  • Strong design skills preferred, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
  • Experience in administration, staffing and fee management considered a plus.
  • REVIT project experience desired.
  • Working proficiency with standard MS Office software applications expected.
  • Sustainable design experience and/or LEED AP, considered a plus.
  • US Architectural License preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally.
