The Sheward Partnership was commissioned by Stoltz Real Estate Partners to design interior improvements to the Wazee Exchange building located in Denver, Colorado. The scope of the work included a renovated and expanded outdoor garden and seating area, interior lighting design and finishes throughout the entry vestibules common spaces and public restrooms. The existing timber structure provides a contrast to a new monumental stair featuring glass panel guards and sleek channel system.
